Pocketrealm is a product of Big Sur Labs, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Big Sur Labs,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission. We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content on Pocketrealm

Most content on the service is produced with AI tools and often builds on themes created by other users. Ownership and copyright in AI-generated content is legally unsettled, so we make no claim that any output is exclusively yours, and you accept that other users may produce similar or related content.

You are responsible for the inputs you provide and the content you choose to publish. Don’t use Pocketrealm to create or post content that is illegal, infringes on someone else’s rights, is harmful or deceptive, or is inappropriate for a children’s audience.

By creating or posting content on Pocketrealm, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. We may remove content at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t harass other users, spam, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to break any law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Service availability

Pocketrealm is provided “as is.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Payments and virtual items

Some features require purchasing virtual currency. Virtual items have no real-world value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using Pocketrealm at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Sur Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
